Camille Slosse soprano, Anne Maugard mezzo soprano, Pascal Gourgand baritone bass are passionately fond of opera in small ensembles.

Accompanied by the Choir Concordia from Saint-Chamassy, Alla Voce is committed to a pedagogical collaboration between a professional ensemble and a local choir.

La Ballade d’Orphée draws on the famous myth of the musician poet. The singers, embodying alternately the People, Hell, the God of Love, Eurydice and of course Orpheus, travel between the land of the living and the dead, between the Gods and the mortals. The cellos at the same time resound like the trumpets in Hell, sing like birds in Paradise, vibrate in the style of the strings of Orpheus’s lyre.
