Alexandra Soumm: Born in Moscow, Alexandra started learning the piano with her father at the early age of 5 and gave her first concerts two years later. She then studied in Vienna with famous pedagogue Boris Kuschnir and won the Eurovision Contest in 2004. She has been a soloist with the Orchestre de Paris, the Orchestre du Capitole in Toulouse, the Orchestre National d’Ile de France, the Orchestre National de Lyon and the Orchestre National de Bordeaux-Aquitaine. In 2019, she will be playing two concerts with the Orchestre National de Metz and later return to the Auditorium du Louvre for a recital with Ismaël Margain. Besides, she has also been appointed « Artiste Associée » (Associated Artist) with the Orchestre Provence Côte d’Azur in Cannes (Directed by Benjamin Lévy) for three seasons as of 2018.
She has recorded two albums for the Claves label: the first Bruch and Paganini concertos, in 2008, as well as the complete Grieg sonata for violin and piano (with David Kadouch), in 2010.

Ismaël Margain: born in Sarlat and trained by pianist Vahan Mardirossian, Ismaël has been unanimously admitted to the entrance exam of the National Conservatory of Paris (CNSM). He has also won the Public Choice Prize and the 3rd Marguerite Long Grand Prix in 2012, and was awarded the Instrumental Soloist Revelation prize at the Victoires de la Musique classique, in 2015.
He is regularly invited to numerous festivals: Easter and August musicals in Deauville, Chopin festival in Paris, Piano aux Jacobins festival in Toulouse, Klavier Ruhr Festival in Germany, All about piano festival in London…
He plays as a soloist with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, the Orchestre National de Lille, the Orchestre de l’Opéra de Marseille and the Orchestre National d’Ile de France.
He has recorded two albums devoted to Mozart and Schubert (Aparte/Harmonia Mundi) and three recordings for B Records music label: Mendelssohn in 2015 and Schubert solo pieces in 2017.
